By accessing and using TickerGrade, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

Use of Service

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
• Use any automated means to access the service for any purpose
• Redistribute or resell the analysis or data provided by the service
• Register for, attempt to register for, access, or utilize more than one (1) free trial period, including through the use of alias email addresses, disposable email services, multiple identities, false credentials, payment details, device manipulation, IP masking, or any other method designed to circumvent trial limitations, unless expressly authorized in writing by TickerGrade.
• Share, transfer, sublicense, assign, lend, or otherwise disclose your account credentials to any other individual or entity. Each account is strictly licensed for individual, single-user access. You remain exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities, orders, or inquiries conducted through your account.

SMS Notification Terms & Conditions

By opting into SMS notifications from TickerGrade, you agree to receive real-time transactional stock alert notifications regarding new trade entries and closed positions.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on trading activity and market conditions.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe. After you send "STOP", we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
• Help & Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at support@tickergrade.com.
• Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the operators and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TickerGrade reserves the exclusive right to refuse service, restrict or disable feature access, suspend or immediately terminate any account, or discontinue any portion of the service, with or without prior notice, when we reasonably determine it is necessary to:

1. Enforce these Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policies, or any other governing agreement;
2. Detect, prevent, or address fraud, trial abuse, security vulnerabilities, automated scraping, unauthorized access, or system misuse;
3. Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal proceedings, regulatory inquiries, or court orders;
4. Protect the legal rights, property, safety, systems, or intellectual property of TickerGrade, its affiliates, service providers, or other users; or
5. Address nonpayment, disputed charges, chargebacks, or other material account-related issues.

TickerGrade reserves the right to withhold disclosure of specific detection methods, security parameters, or internal investigative details if such disclosure could compromise our fraud prevention systems or ongoing investigations. Termination for cause due to material breach or trial circumvention shall result in the immediate revocation of access without liability or entitlement to any refund, credit, or reimbursement, except where strictly prohibited by law.
